This position is available at our Australasian Head Office Based in Yatala and is ideal for a candidate willing to work as part of a small team but with global impact.
An opportunity has arisen to join our manufacturing team based in Yatala. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this is a multi-faceted and hands-on role that is ideally suited to a candidate experienced in quality control processes.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assisting in maintaining quality control documentation and systems.
- Conducting quality control inspections on swimming pools at various stages of manufacture.
- Providing ongoing feedback to manufacturing teams relating to end quality.
- Working as part of a team to drive continuous improvement in delivering quality products and services.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in quality control systems to deliver accuracy and efficiency.
- A focus on building continual improvement.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter willing to review systems and provide input into new procedures.
- Flexible, diligent and willing to take on any task.
- Highly motivated and keen to learn.
- Great communication skills and a team player.
- Previous experience in fibreglass or composites industries is preferred but not essential.
