The Programs Trainer, internally referred to as the Experiential Programs Trainer, will be inspiring and training the next generation of innovative and creative thinkers through developing and delivering interactive training activities and programs that align with the vision of Flinders New Venture Institute.
This position will design and implement interactive learning experiences, content and workshops for diverse audiences to spark innovation and creative thinking in the next wave of entrepreneurial thinkers and game changers.
In addition to the above, the Programs Trainer will:
Design, explore, and assemble contemporary learning resources that remain responsive to evolving skill needs. Foster and deliver progressive training programs and exploratory activities in a range of different formats. Empower an inclusive and engaging learning environment for a wide range of audiences.About You
As the Programs Trainer, you will be curious about future trends, disruptive industries, and the latest startup buzz. Ideally, you will bring entrepreneurial or start-up experience or a strong knowledge of design thinking, innovation frameworks, and business models.
Tech-savvy and digitally fluent, you will bring a collaborative, self-driven mindset with energy, motivation, fresh ideas and a passion for developing innovation and entrepreneurship skills in others. As a natural communicator, you will break down complex ideas into engaging, interactive learning experiences, fostering positive relationships with diverse audiences, including learners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will also demonstrate:
