About the Role

Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an opportunity for an experienced HVAC Controls Support Officer to join the team in providing quality customer experience for the leading brand of AirTouch smart controller solutions.

The role requires someone who has sound product and technical knowledge with experience in the field and possesses excellent communication skills to provide high-quality service that meets/exceeds customer expectations at all times.

Requirements and skills

  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical or Electrician Trade qualifications advantageous - not essential
  • Proven work experience as HVAC Support Officer or similar in a customer service role.
  • Required Restricted Electrical Licence - Connect and Disconnect
  • White card Licence.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
