ACERair is a leading provider of HVAC solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality service and installations to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail orientated Project Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender estimates to assist estimator and project managers
- Ordering materials for projects and coordination of deliveries.
- Reconciling invoices and cross-checking costs.
- Management of client portals as required
- Contractor detail and licencing management to ensure compliance with client requirements
- Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts, change of orders, schedules, drawings, permits, and other relevant files.
- Purchase orders for internal staff and contractors.
- Preparation of logistics for flights and accommodation to remote sites.
- Assisting with preparation of spreadsheet building and word processing documents.
- Other Project Administration tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Clear and effective communication is essential for liaising with clients, contractors and project teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
