Description:

ACERair is a leading provider of HVAC solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality service and installations to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail orientated Project Administrator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of tender estimates to assist estimator and project managers
  • Ordering materials for projects and coordination of deliveries.
  • Reconciling invoices and cross-checking costs.
  • Management of client portals as required
  • Contractor detail and licencing management to ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts, change of orders, schedules, drawings, permits, and other relevant files.
  • Purchase orders for internal staff and contractors.
  • Preparation of logistics for flights and accommodation to remote sites.
  • Assisting with preparation of spreadsheet building and word processing documents.
  • Other Project Administration tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Clear and effective communication is essential for liaising with clients, contractors and project teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
