With several high-end projects in the pipeline, The Building Company is looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our award-winning boutique building team. The Opportunity:
Working closely with our Construction Manager, Site Supervisors, and Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our high-end residential projects. Your responsibilities will include managing procurement and trade bookings, coordinating deliveries, liaising with clients, architects and interior designers. You will also be responsible for issuing purchase orders, recording client selections and variations, and supporting the team with general project administration.

The Skills We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a similar project coordination or construction-related role.
• Experience in estimating, procurement, and managing project schedules is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience with Xero Accounting Software and construction management software is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of work health and safety (WHS) requirements and subcontractor compliance is an advantage.
• Availability to work five days a week (Monday to Friday)
