- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing information about services, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues or complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating matters as necessary.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their needs and ensure their care plans are being met.
- Documentation: Accurately record client interactions, updates, and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with care staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and a holistic approach to client care.
