Location: Brisbane CBD | WFH Options (Fridays)
Contract: 24 Months + Possible 12-Month Extension
Rate: $857 per day + super

We are looking for a Customer Experience Program Delivery Manager to lead the development and implementation of customer information initiatives that enhance accessibility and improve the end-to-end customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the identification, development, and delivery of customer information initiatives, including business case development.
  • Oversee procurement and contract administration for consultancies to ensure best-practice solutions.
  • Establish and facilitate governance frameworks to integrate initiatives into operations.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
  • Analyze technical documents, reports, and data to recommend customer-focused strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program success.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in complex stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong program management skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience in public transport.
  • Excel in problem-solving, strategic planning, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
