Rate: $857 per day + super
We are looking for a Customer Experience Program Delivery Manager to lead the development and implementation of customer information initiatives that enhance accessibility and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the identification, development, and delivery of customer information initiatives, including business case development.
- Oversee procurement and contract administration for consultancies to ensure best-practice solutions.
- Establish and facilitate governance frameworks to integrate initiatives into operations.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
- Analyze technical documents, reports, and data to recommend customer-focused strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program success.
- Demonstrated experience in complex stakeholder engagement.
- Strong program management skills.
- Deep understanding of customer experience in public transport.
- Excel in problem-solving, strategic planning, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
