Contract: Ongoing, Part-Time, 64.0 hours per fortnight.

The Position:

This is a roving role that is trained across multiple areas to provide short term administration support relief, in response to planned and unplanned leave and in areas with high workloads. Key to this role is to identify our client's specific needs by performing an initial needs assessment to ensure access and support from the right service at the right time is delivered to the client, to enable the best outcome to be achieved. The Intake and Administration Officer will provide client focused administrative services to internal and external customers that cover the spectrum of Allied Health disciplines that include Home-Based Nursing, Pain Management Program, Post-Acute care among others.

Key criteria required:

  • A minimum 3 years administrative and customer service experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately process a high number of customer interactions each day in a professional and efficient manner providing appropriate information, initial needs identification, support and referrals.
  • Excellent keyboard and data entry skills, as well as extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to provide a consistent and high level of person-centred customer service.
