Ongoing Part-Time – Minimum 40 hours per fortnight
Consistent hours with opportunity to increase up to full-time during peak leave periods
We are looking for a committed and highly flexible Administration Support Officer to provide ongoing support across our Emergency Department and Main Reception.
This permanent role supports a ten person rotating administration team by covering planned and unplanned leave. If you're flexible, team-focused and want to play a key part in the smooth running of emergency and reception services at BRHS, we'd love to hear from you.
Varied shifts across a 24/7 roster - Including morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts across both departments.
Flexibility is essential - To perform this role, you will need to be available for varied shifts as part of a roster that spans seven days a week. Please clearly outline your availability in your cover letter.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions in a professional and consumer-focused manner.
- A compassionate approach with well-developed written and spoken communication skills.
- Competency in MS Office applications and ability to produce business documents, along with proficiency in client databases and accurate data entry.
- Capacity to learn and adapt proactively in a busy work environment.
- Team player with proven collaborative skills.
- Solution-focused self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles.
