We are looking for a Dynamic and experienced tax professional to lead and manage tax advisory services for our Business Tax clients. You will be responsible for delivering tax solutions, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Our Private Tax team in Adelaide are expanding and we’re looking for a Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Private Tax teams brings our purpose to life by helping clients build and protect their wealth, while safeguarding their families and future. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • Advising high net wealth individuals/families, businesses and their owners on tax technical topics such as restructures, capital gains tax, Division 7A and trust losses

  • Provide tax compliance, tax planning and tax advisory services for large client groups with multiple types of entities including trusts, companies, partnership and individuals

  • Provide family advisory services including succession and estate planning

  • Liaising with the ATO in relation to Top 500 and Next 5000 programs

  • Apply your tax knowledge and experience to clients across all sectors of the Australian economy

  • Manage a client portfolio including building relationships with your clients

  • Mentor junior team members to invest time in their development .

  • Lead the development of tailored tax strategies that align with clients' financial goals and aspirations.

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage potential risks effectively.

  • Contribute to the growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients and the team to drive informed decision-making.

  • Utilising your keen interest and vast knowledge in tax or business
