The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Enrolment/Attendance Officer to become an integral part of our team. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth enrolment process and effective attendance tracking of our jarjum. Key Responsibilities

Administer student enrolment applications and maintain accurate records.

Monitor student attendance and follow up on absences.

Provide administrative support in enrolment and attendance matters.

Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders.

Ensure student information systems are up-to-date and accurately maintained.

Prepare reports and documentation related to attendance.

Collaborate with the broader Student Services team as needed.
About You We are looking for candidates who bring:

Proven experience in enrolment or attendance administration, ideally in a school setting.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.

High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record-keeping.
