About Woogaroo Creek State School
Woogaroo Creek State School was constructed in 2022 and opened its doors to students at the start of the 2023 school year.
Our school name recognises Woogaroo Creek; our natural Eastern boundary of our school grounds, and a significant waterway that flows all the way to the Brisbane River and beyond. Woogaroo Creek is the site of significant cultural history for our local area.
Woogaroo Creek is proudly represented in our school colours, school logo, and student and staff uniforms.
About the Role
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Enrolment Process including Set for Success Conversations with families
Organisation of School Tours, Enrolment Sessions, Prep Experience Mornings, Prep Transition Sessions, Student Progress Meetings and other school programs
Actively contribute to the review and innovation of school processes and ways of working
Attendance and Absence Procedures, including connecting with families to increase attendance
Front office administration including use of OneSchool and ID Attend
Weekly Social Media Post preparation and publishing
School photography when required
School electronic sign organisation and messaging
Actively build and drive our school culture, embodying our REACH Expectations and school metalanguage
