Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and customers.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and emails.
- Keep the reception area organised and well-maintained.
- Perform various administrative duties and support the wider team.
- Oversee and coordinate meeting room reservations.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events.
- Promote the organisation's values and contribute to a positive work culture.
Requirements:
A successful applicant should have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with other staff members and departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience as a Receptionist is required.
