Description:
- Manage and maintain all payroll processing systems and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll reports and documentation for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and procedures.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll and HR-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and HR-related information.
Requirements:
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
- A strong understanding of payroll processing systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of HR-related matters and applicable laws.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial reporting related to payroll.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
