Formation Effects is seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality multimedia content that aligns with our brand, engages audiences, and enhances our digital presence. Your expertise in graphic design, video production, animation, and interactive media will help bring our creative visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive media, to support marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for various digital platforms.
- Assist in content writing and strategy for digital marketing and website optimization.
- Plan and design digital media assets, including website elements, images, and infographics, using industry-standard multimedia tools and software.
- Organize and manage multimedia assets to ensure easy access and proper maintenance.
- Research, analyze, and create strategies to enhance online engagement and website performance.
- Implement and learn new multimedia techniques to improve visual storytelling, including lighting effects, color grading, composition, and perspective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, or a related role.
- Proven ability to develop high-quality multimedia content for digital platforms.
Skills:
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and web performance optimization is a plus.

Contract Details:
- This is a full-time, office-based position in Murarrie, Brisbane. Remote work is not available for this role.
