Specialising in service and manufacturing in the industrial sector – your new company is an exceptionally successful ASX listed organisation well known as a market leader in their space globally.
Your new company is looking for an exceptional service driven compliance officer to work across service agreements/contracts, compliance via the SAP based portal and work nationally with internal colleagues and external customers to ensure accuracy, efficiency and seamless transparency on client accounts.
Your new role
You will report to the National Manager and commence work in the office at 9 am. However, as the national lead, your schedule will allow for flexibility depending on client requirements, as needed for the role.
Your new role will see you in a dual function adhering to general administration duties such as managing PO expirations, obtaining purchase orders from clients, updating quotes and attaching to communal database, managing standardised increases, assisting national sales managers with queries and general administration. Your new role will also see you adhering to portal management of vendors and overall compliance.
What you need to succeed
- Proven experience in administration and compliance/document/contract review background;
- Flexibility with varied hours as required due to national role scope, as needed for the role (and can accommodate for your schedule/self-managed & 38 hours week);
- SAP & Salesforce experience will be viewed as highly advantageous;
- Resourceful, solution - driven mindset, exceptionally process – oriented;
- Basic exposure to accounts and credit;
- High proficiency of Excel, & MS Office Suite; and
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week (with flexibility on hours), no WFH option.
