About the role:
The Senior Policy and Project Officer, System Support is responsible for developing and implementing system-wide improvement activities. This includes providing tailored support for both established and newly created schools and services.
The position requires strong policy and project management skills to ensure timely achievement of key deliverables and to provide relevant information that supports informed decision making. The position will also facilitate stakeholder engagement across schools and preschools, promoting a cohesive and targeted system approach through a multi-divisional perspective.
Qualifications:
Essential: Nil.
Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Education, Project Management or related field.
Special conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
ASO7 $108,109 - 116,864 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
