The Role
Manager Prevention oversees a team responsible for the development and delivery of research programs, as well as the evaluation of practices, policies, and procedures of public authorities. The role includes leading the preparation of both strategic and statutory reports, along with planning, preparing, and publishing final reports for Parliament as key deliverables. Responsible for the preparation of intelligence based strategic recommendations to the Commissioner as to the use of her evaluation power under the ICAC Act and the conduct of evaluations into the practices, policies and procedures of an inquiry agency or public authority.
We are looking for people with experience and sound understanding of the social, organisational and political environment in which the ICAC operates, including contemporary knowledge of government structures, functions and processes. Proven high level communication and report writing skills, including the ability to adapt the communication to the audience. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
