About the Role
As Deputy Principal - Senior Secondary, you will work closely with the Principal, Executive Team, and extended school leadership team to implement the school's improvement agenda. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-expectations culture, ensuring continuous improvement to maximise both teacher and student potential.
A key component of this role is enhancing the transition from Year 10 into Years 11 and 12, ensuring students experience a seamless and enriching learning journey. This will be achieved by working collaboratively with the leadership team to build a faculty that embodies the College's core values—Responsibility, Integrity, Support, and Effort (RISE).
The ideal candidate is an energetic and strengths-based leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution to achieve shared goals
