Caleb & Brown, a leading global cryptocurrency brokerage, is seeking an Executive Assistant who will work directly with our Chief Executive Officer and closely with our C-suite team to provide exceptional support, co-ordinate operations, and contribute to the success of our organisation. The right candidate is passionate about contributing to the team's success by providing personalised and timely support as we expand into new product lines and expand our team globally.As Executive Assistant , you will:
- Understand CEO priorities and business objectives, coordinating deliverables accordingly
- Uphold confidentiality
- Manage Calendars, emails, travel, daily workflow and deadlines
- Admin assistance with personal finances, including investment and tax admin
- Oversight of and assistance with quarterly performance review process
- Board meeting coordination and minute taking
- Assist with ensuring OKRs are achieved across the business
- Assist with talent acquisition process, and onboarding and offboarding employees
- Assist culture committee in organising company events
- Assist with office maintenance
- Organising lunch and coffee
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions
- Proven track record in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
