We are looking for a temporary Finance Manager for our client in the Albury Wodonga region. You will need a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Here are some key skills and qualifications we are looking for:
Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial data and provide strategic insights. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of Australian financial and regulatory standards. Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring a finance team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges. Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Technological Proficiency: Expertise in using financial software and cloud-based systems. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
