Description:
As the Manager Cabinet Coordination, you will lead the effective delivery of Cabinet support services to all Portfolio Ministers of the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA), the Secretary and the Department to enable DEECA to meet its Cabinet and legislative responsibilities.
The role will suit someone who has a proven ability to provide high level support in a courteous, efficient and professional manner. You will be required to exercise sound judgement and provide decisions and advice in a timely manner on process matters. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be decisive and have a commitment to establish and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This position will design efficient and collaborative processes to support the delivery of high-quality advice to Ministers. The manager will support the team in taking a forward looking and cross group approach to the breadth of Cabinet functions within the department.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Qualification in public administration or public policy.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
