The Opportunity
This is a new opportunity that will support the organisation’s cultural transformation and employee experience initiatives, with a primary focus on the execution and ongoing development of the Listening Program.
The Team Experience Advisor will manage the quarterly pulse survey cycle, develop lifecycle surveys, and contribute to engagement and recognition initiatives to ensure team experience remains a priority. This role will also assist in the research, design and development of G8’s culture and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quarterly pulse surveys, including the preparation of team member communications, survey and dashboard setup, metadata management, troubleshooting during the go-live phase, and support with the Results Pack preparation.
- Develop and implement lifecycle surveys (e.g., onboarding, exit, and milestone surveys) to enhance team experience insights.
- Analyse survey results and support the Team Experience Manager in developing insights and recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for leaders to improve understanding of feedback and listening practices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure survey findings translate into meaningful action.
- Maintain accurate records of post-survey actions and track their progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of survey processes and explore additional feedback channels such as focus groups and listening sessions.
- Ensure that all data collection and analysis activities comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the execution of culture transformation programs that align with organisational values.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to explore and maximise the organisation’s Reward Platform’s recognition module and enhancements to support team experience.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in organisational development/psychology, human resources or similar
- Experience in Team Experience, Culture, People & Culture, or, a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data and generate insights
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to balance strategic work with operational tasks
- Demonstrated initiative and capacity to work without supervision and confidence in decision making
- Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders, preferably in a large organisation
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite
- Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
