Description:
The Senior Capability Development Consultant will manage the ongoing program development and support the day-to-day coordination of the QAS Leadership Capability Development Framework. The Senior Capability Development Consultant requires the ability to engage stakeholders, manage consultation, work with subject matter experts, develop non-clinical learning content, and support in the management of the framework’s intranet presence.
Through practical application of project management methodology, the Senior Capability Development Consultant will provide support and advice to a range of internal stakeholders relating to the development and implementation of learning modules, including assisting with developing learning guides, online support modules using Articulate360 (RISE), video tutorials, workshop materials, learning simulations and learning resources.

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
• Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to engage,
influence and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders to negotiate quality project outcomes.
• Demonstrated high levels of creativity, innovation and design thinking, including the ability to research and critically assess information and clearly articulate concepts from a strategic perspective.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, delivery and e-learning technologies, including the development of learning guides and assessment plans,
online support modules using Articulate360 (RISE), video tutorials, workshops, learning simulations and resources that complement the Leadership Capability Development Framework.
• Proven ability to integrate adult learning theory and instructional design methodology into an appropriate mix of delivery media and methods through
contemporary technology.
• Proven highly developed project management skills including the ability to set priorities, work under pressure, achieve deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:
• Whilst not mandatory, tertiary, or postgraduate qualification/s in leadership, coaching, organisational development, or another relevant discipline will be highly regarded.
• Experience in educational design and teaching in a vocational education environment will be highly regarded.
• Experience in e-learning technology or instructional design and / or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training will be highly regarded.
