Permanent Full Time Medical ReceptionistShoalhaven Cardiology is currently seeking an enthusiastic permanent full time Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team for an immediate start. Prior experience is preferred, however not essential.

- Previous experience in a busy reception role
- Exceptional customer service by having a caring and compassionate nature with a patient first focus
- Strong attention to detail and a fast learner
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Performs well in a busy environment and demonstrated ability to juggle a variety of tasks
- Positive can do attitude and being highly personable with the ability to build and maintain rapport
- Team player but also able to work autonomously
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Typing skills
- Strong IT/computer skills/ understanding
- Understanding of Medical Director, Fydo and Microsoft software would be an advantage
- Previous experience with patient billing including Medicare, DVA, EFTPOS transactions and handling cash
- Booking patient appointments
- Effective communication with medical professionals
The practice is open 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday.
