SALT have partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS company that have grown from 350 employees to 1400+ in the last 6 years globally and have continuous growth plans.
Cutting edge, complex management and sustainability SaaS product.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join the leadership team in Sydney and drive our sales strategy across the ANZ region. If you are an experienced sales leader with a strong SaaS background and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview: The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact sales strategy to accelerate growth, lead a team of high-performing Account Executives, and manage the Presales and BDR team also. You will play a pivotal role in helping your team drive revenue growth and scaling customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback.
- No individual quota but a focus on the team's combined quota.
- Identify new business opportunities and create a pipeline for long-term growth.
- Work closely with the marketing and product to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve sales effectiveness.
- Drive the sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting process to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on complex SaaS solutions.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing and growing high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyse sales performance and implement improvements.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
