The Client:
KPJ Group Aus Pty Ltd is an Australian family-owned company specializing in manufacturing plastics and foam products.
They now seek an experienced Organisation and Methods Analyst to join the team.
The Role:
The position for hire is an Organisation and Methods Analyst and will be for a full time basis at $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
This is a full time role and will be based in Minto, NSW.
The Responsibilities:
- Examining and evaluating business processes, workflows, and structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Identifying areas that need improvement and recommending changes to policies, systems, and processes
- Providing sales insights into the analytics and reporting to senior leadership to assist the businesses to grow and improve
- Carrying out feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes
- Analysing business requirements and turning them into system specifications
- Developing and rolling out new business procedures and work methods
- Working with stakeholders to gather feedback and make sure changes align with business goals
- Preparing reports, manuals, and documentation on company procedures and best practices
- Monitoring the impact of changes on business performance and efficiency
- Designing and setting up performance measurement frameworks to drive ongoing improvement
- Advising management on ways to streamline operations and boost productivity
- Running training sessions and workshops for employees on new procedures and systems
- Working with IT teams to implement automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensuring all process changes follow industry regulations and company policies
- Providing ongoing support and advice to different departments to improve operations
The Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, or organisational change
- Minimum 3 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL and NETSTOCK
- Minimum 3 years' experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 (On-Prem and Cloud)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in automation, digital transformation, or system implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of business process modelling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart
- Proficient in Automation Anywhere 360 Platform and Power Apps software to enable process automation, workflow optimization, and system integration
- Experience in stakeholder management and change management processes
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to business operations
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
