Business Analyst – Office Relocation Project6-Month Contract | Hybrid Work | Parking On-Site
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major office relocation project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating and supporting the move across all aspects of technology and infrastructure – from desktops and telephony to network and wider tech requirements.
What you’ll be doing
- Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for the office relocation;
- Working closely with IT, facilities, vendors and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition;
- Supporting planning, implementation, and change management activities across infrastructure, telephony, desktops, and network;
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to streamline the move; and
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to drive alignment and clear decision-making.
- Previous experience working on office relocation projects is essential;
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, including desktop environments, telephony, and networks;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; and
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing project needs.
- Initial 6-month contract with high potential for extension;
- Hybrid model – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home; and
- Parking available on-site.
