This growing financial services organisation is looking for an IT Business Analyst to help deliver a pipeline of technology and process improvement initiatives. With strong business growth and increasing demand on systems, this role will suit someone with a passion for IT solutions, process optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration.
The Role:
As an IT Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders across the business, you’ll help shape system requirements, support solution delivery, and ensure successful outcomes from technology-driven change
Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business and technical requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Analyse and map current state (As-Is) vs. future state (To-Be) processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to support system design, integration, and delivery
• Produce clear documentation including functional specs, process maps, and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Support system testing, UAT coordination, and post-implementation review
• Work with vendors and internal tech teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure solution alignment
• Assist in the evaluation of new tools, platforms, or enhancements that support business goals

About You:

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst working on IT or systems-focused projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and system integration practices
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Proficient in documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA, Visio) and Agile delivery methods
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Background in financial services, banking or fintech is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
