On behalf of the state government, the department is leading the management and delivery of Lot Fourteen, a worldclass innovation district with a curated, collaborative research and business ecosystem dedicated to driving increased productivity and solving complex global challenges.

Led by the State Lead for Lot Fourteen and South Australia's Innovation Places, the crossgovernment project team also has responsibility for implementation of the state's Innovation Places Leadership Framework and development and delivery of Adelaide City Deal projects including TarrkarriCentre for First Nations Cultures, the Innovation Hub and the Australian Defence Technologies Academy.

One of the most exciting economic development projects in Australia, Lot Fourteen is providing a springboard for innovation and bringing together the state's leading abilities in space, defence, cyber and creative industries with a focus on enabling critical technologies.

Lot Fourteen is currently home to a skilled workforce of more than 1,700 people from more than 150 businesses, attracting some of the world's most innovative organisations including Amazon Web Services, Salesforce and Cisco.

The district is also home to research and industry powerhouses such as the Australian Space Agency, SmartSat CRC, Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre, the Australian Institute for Machine Learning, Stone and Chalk startup hub and The Circle First Nations Entrepreneur Hub.

Arts South Australia is tasked with ensuring that South Australia capitalises on the artistic, cultural, economic and social opportunities arising from the diverse arts and cultural capabilities and activities in the state. This includes the provision of highlevel advice on arts policy and programs, as well as supporting the arts and culture sector by providing targeted financial support to artists, arts organisations and events in South Australia.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in industry, research, and government sectors.
• Create opportunities for connections across SA Innovation Places.

Develop, implement and evaluate engagement and communications plans and programs for a complex range of activities to support delivery of the Framework. Identify, build, and maintain strong consultative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to support engagement program development. Provide expert advice on matters relating to the management of stakeholders, engagement activities, and initiatives. Manage, develop and implement communications activities and materials to support the engagement program including website, social media, brochures, newsletters, presentations and case studies. Coordinate the development, delivery and promotion of the SA Innovation Places events program, including planning and delivery of Innovation Places led events. Participate and contribute to stakeholder events, workshops and forums, including development and delivery of tours, presentations and speaking notes. Develop, manage and maintain databases and other tools to support engagement and communications activities. Prepare briefing papers, reports, strategic documents and reporting.

• The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
• The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
• Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
