  • Provide performance insights, operational intelligence, and decision-making support to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enable scalability, consistency, and efficiency across the business.
  • Partner with the CFO on budgeting, resourcing, and optimisation of business services to support commercial targets.
  • Lead organisation-wide initiatives that enhance business operations, culture, and team performance.
  • Represent the operational function within executive discussions and planning forums, ensuring the voice of business services is embedded in strategic decision-making.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility in service delivery.

Operational leadership and team management

  • Build and mentor a high-performing, service-oriented team culture.
  • Lead and evolve the Business Success function, overseeing delivery across areas of responsibility including:

  • Experience partnering with finance leaders and executive teams to drive business performance and service excellence.
  • Track record of leading business operations and multifunctional teams and/or outsourced providers.
  • Strong commercial and operational judgement, with a focus on scalable systems and support models.
