About The Role

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to Associate Director in New Business Development for one of our prestigious Telecom clients in Australia. This is a high-impact role focused on driving growth and innovation in Telecom and Digital Transformation Services. If you are passionate about consultative sales, have a proven track record in the Telecom Services sector, and are eager to make a significant impact, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new business opportunities in Telecom Services, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Digital Transformation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the Telecom industry.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives, ensuring a consultative approach to outsourcing services and telecom solutions.
  • Identify and capture new accounts while successfully expanding existing relationships with large Telecom Delivery Partners.
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and business processes to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.
  • Provide thought leadership and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Support and mentor team members, developing their skills and fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Travel as required to meet business needs and engage with clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Business Development, with a strong focus on the Consulting & Telecom Services market in Australia.
  • Proven success in opening new accounts and driving growth within the Telecom Services vertical.
  • Deep understanding of industry regulations, market trends, and business processes within the Telecom and Digital Transformation sectors.
  • Exceptional skills in consultative selling of outsourcing services, Professional Services, and Managed Services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong business networking abilities and the ability to facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams for continuous improvement and success.
  • High energy, strong engagement, and a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support business and client needs.
