We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to Associate Director in New Business Development for one of our prestigious Telecom clients in Australia. This is a high-impact role focused on driving growth and innovation in Telecom and Digital Transformation Services. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new business opportunities in Telecom Services, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Digital Transformation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the Telecom industry.
- Drive strategic sales initiatives, ensuring a consultative approach to outsourcing services and telecom solutions.
- Identify and capture new accounts while successfully expanding existing relationships with large Telecom Delivery Partners.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and business processes to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.
- Provide thought leadership and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Support and mentor team members, developing their skills and fostering a high-performance environment.
- Travel as required to meet business needs and engage with clients.
- 15+ years of experience in Business Development, with a strong focus on the Consulting & Telecom Services market in Australia.
- Proven success in opening new accounts and driving growth within the Telecom Services vertical.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, market trends, and business processes within the Telecom and Digital Transformation sectors.
- Exceptional skills in consultative selling of outsourcing services, Professional Services, and Managed Services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong business networking abilities and the ability to facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams for continuous improvement and success.
- High energy, strong engagement, and a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
- Willingness to travel as required to support business and client needs.
