About The Role
The HR Client Services Officer in the Customer Contact Centre is part of a small, customer focused team which responds to, or redirects, most HR related enquiries for the Department. In this busy and dynamic role, you will:
- Respond to employee queries about their pay, leave and entitlements by phone and via a customer relationship management system
- Explain award and agreement provisions across a multi-award environment (there are over 20) in a clear and concise way
- Assist users with their HR system web interface, HR Kiosk
- Assist our clients in a wide range of other activities.

To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.

We Require You To Submit
- Provide a comprehensive Resume / Curriculum Vitae, that clearly outlines your transferable skills, experience and highlights your key achievements.

- Experience in a computerised HR Information System environment.
- Ability to identify problems or systemic/recurrent issues and propose solutions, make recommendations, or escalate matters for consideration, as appropriate.
- Experience in the interpretation and application of human resource management legislation, policy, and procedures to work within the span of control.

Pool Recruitment
This pool will be open for a period of twelve (12) months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Permanent, fixed term, full time and part time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise; however, an appointment is not guaranteed.
