Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual brand plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Drive innovation, new product development, and portfolio optimization.
- Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with regulatory and commercial teams to navigate pharmaceutical regulations and market shifts.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from pipeline development to post-launch optimization.
- Take ownership of forecasting, stock provision, and pricing strategies to ensure portfolio success.
- Lead commercial strategy, including promotions, rebate structures, and tender management.
- Utilize data insights (PBS and TGA) to inform decision-making and business planning.
- Deliver compelling presentations and reports on portfolio performance and market opportunities.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Science, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product or brand management within prescription pharmaceuticals or complementary or OTC industries.
- Strong understanding of PBS, pharmaceutical regulations, and industry dynamics.
- Proven expertise in forecasting, P&L management, and commercial strategy.
- Ability to navigate market data and analytics tools (IQVIA, PBS, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with a strategic and analytical mindset.
