Description:



  • Financial Analysis and Deal Execution : Involved in the financial analysis, underwriting, deal evaluation, and structuring of investment and development transactions in Australia.


  • Market Research : Managing economic and market research to support deal activity and asset management, ensuring well-informed decision-making.


  • Leasing Support : Providing financial analysis and support for significant leasing transactions to drive the portfolio's performance.


  • Reporting and Documentation : Creating investment committee papers and managing portfolio reporting, including preparing materials for investment and development deals.


  • Asset Strategy and Positioning : Supporting the formulation of asset strategies and positioning to optimize income, value, and returns across the portfolio.
