Are you ready to lead a team who make a difference to the people who work within the Department of Justice?We are currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for experienced HR Professionals to backfill the Director of Capability and Culture for 18-months.
In this role you will lead a dynamic team who manage learning and development, workplace culture initiatives, strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to be proactive and forward-thinking to develop and deliver complex projects and initiatives that support the department’s strategic objectives.
In this role you will leverage your experience in contemporary human resources to guide and manage the Capability and Culture teams. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders across the Department to deliver initiatives that help build the capability of staff and ensure the Department of Justice is a great place to work. Some of the exciting initiatives the team are currently delivering are an executive leadership development program, positive performance management development series, a legal graduate program, employee value proposition in line with the Public Sector Commission's work, staff excellence awards, managing the ongoing work of the diversity working groups and an updated version of the strategic workforce plan.
