Description:
This Manager position sits in the Capability and Culture team, driving a strategic approach to organisational development, cultural change, capability and leadership.- Build organisational and leadership capabilities across the agency.
- Plan, design and deliver strategic HR projects and initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and workplace culture.
- Maintain rigorous project management governance to ensure the projects are delivered on time, including mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and reporting of the progress of strategies.
- Develop and manage key relationships with stakeholders, both internally, externally and across the sector.
- Lead and manage a small team of HR professionals and contribute to the leadership.
- Lead change management and influence decision making to achieve innovative business practice.
- Prepare high-level briefing notes, reports, submissions and other correspondence.
- Ensure advice, reports, policies, procedures and intranet content are accurate and reflect contemporary HR practice/requirements.
- Lead the development/review of DoJ practice and policies as required and contribute to sector-wide reviews and requests for comments when the opportunity arises.
