Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic integrated media plans that achieve client objectives.
  • Evaluate media opportunities, providing recommendations based on market trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated approach to marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor media spend, ensuring budgets are managed effectively.
  • Effective Client service management, driving client satisfaction, with strong conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Provide clients with post-campaign analysis and make recommendations for future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging media trends and incorporate them into strategies where appropriate.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media partners.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Marketing & Agency department.

Requirements:

A successful Integrated Media Strategist should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • A solid understanding of both traditional and digital media landscapes.
  • Experience in developing and implementing media strategies.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset understanding the implication of strategies and delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies to clients and team members.
  • A collaborative approach, with experience working within cross-functional teams.

Conditions:

  • An attractive salary package of AUD180,000 - AUD240,000.
