Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage merchandise and assortment strategies across different categories.
- Handle sales forecasting, budgeting to support revenue and profit goals.
- Analyse product performance and trends to guide buying and stock decisions.
- Coordinate inventory levels and replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Spot opportunities to grow and improve the product range.
Requirements:
What we're looking for:
- A degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills.
- Experienced in leveraging commercial insights to support and inform buying decisions.
- Solid understanding of the retail industry.
- A strategic and innovative mindset.
Conditions:
- A salary ranging between $90,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation
