Description:

We have an opportunity for a Senior Merchandise Planner to join the Merch team. In this role, you'll shape the merchandise strategy, lead forecasting and budgeting, and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand and maximise profitability across our, Midas, Mollini and Concessions brands.

* Develop and maintain merchandise and assortment plans across key categories
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to achieve sales and profitability targets
* Conduct category and product analysis to determine buy quantities and inventory strategies
* Manage order raising, stock allocation, and replenishment to optimise availability
* Provide in-store merchandising and display guidelines to enhance customer experience
About you
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Planner
* Previous team leadership experience
* Experience in inventory management within Retail - Footwear is an advantage
* Proven achievement of the department's sales and gross profit targets
* Ability to investigate and provide analysis of business and financial challenges, trends and improvement opportunities
* Skilled in commercial analysis to inform and confirm buying decisions
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
