Description:

Health and Community Recruitment are a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to connecting passionate health talent with the best opportunities.
We are proudly partnering with a growing NDIS service provider with sites in the north and east, who are looking for an additional Occupational Therapist to join their team as a Senior OT - Adults. The service is family owned so you get the best of both worlds - the experience of a progressive and innovative service, with the close-knit family feel.
As my clients service has expanded, they now have the need for an accomplished OT who has a passion for supporting an adult caseload and also working alongside the Clinical Lead as a subject matter expert.
Key areas of the role are
- Working collaboratively with a team of OT's and AHA's to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants
- Visiting clients in clinic, at home or other locations (including telehealth) to provide person centred, evidence-based clinical care.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to further grow your skills and capabilities
- Mentoring OTs with an adults caseload and helping to create professional development content
Candidates must have general AHPRA, full working rights and a passion for starting or growing their career in the NDIS field.
This is an opportunity you won't want to miss out on, this clinic retains their clinicians but have just recently moved into a larger space. They also dont have excessive billable hours targets so you can focus on quality of care and your development.
