Our client is a Melbourne-based architectural firm based on the fringe of the CBD.
About the Role
Join this growing architectural firm in this temporary Submissions Coordinator position. You'll be responsible for preparing and formatting client submissions using InDesign. Immediate start for around 6-8 weeks with potential to extend.
Duties
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and putting together bid packages and submissions.
- Preparing client submission documents using InDesign
- Liaising with the marketing team to gather content and confirm presentation style
- Working with and maintaining document templates and marketing collateral
- Compiling, formatting, and proofreading submission documents
- Managing the delivery of completed submissions to clients
- Supporting the development and improvement of submission templates and materials
Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Time management and prioritisation
- Ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Deadline-driven
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Background in architecture or construction is highly advantageous
- Must be proficient in Adobe Suite, especially InDesign
