Responsibilities
A CSO will manage a case load of approx. 50 matters, address and progress either department or Trust administration & attend to customer needs. A vital challenge of the role is managing work outputs, therefore working proactively in progressing estate administration and communicating with beneficiaries regularly in a timely manner, assures favourable customer outcomes.
The department identified six areas that matter most to our customers. They are insightfulness, empathy, personalised, convenience and time, value, and overall satisfaction.
Your Profile
The ideal applicant will therefore possess excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills and experience in dealing with a diverse range of clients, professionals, staff, and community members.
While no former government or Trust administration experience is necessary, it is highly desirable if the candidate has worked in legal or financial sectors. Investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
