Our NSW Government client is hiring for highly capable Client Services Officers to join the organisation. By supporting customers within the state for estate or trust administration services, the successful candidate will be able to work across a high volume case load in a timely and high-quality manner.
Role Title: Client Services Officer
Contract Length: 12/05/2025 to 14/11/2025
Daily Pay: $35 + Super per hour.
Location: Newcastle West (2302). 5 days a week in office.
Role Requirements:
- Manages work outputs, working proactively in progressing estate administration and communicating with beneficiaries in a timely manner.
- Assuring favourable customer outcomes.
- Able to work in a customer friendly manner, displaying insightfulness, empathy, personalised customer service, able to make interactions convenient, valued and overall satisfying.
Knowledge and Experience:
- No former estate or trust administration experience is necessary, it is highly desirable if their has been experience working in the legal or financial sectors.
- Investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.
Candidates must be based in the Greater Newcastle Area and must possess existing full working rights - Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
