Description:

The Business Administrator position is responsible for carrying out day-to-day commercial and finance administrative tasks for BLOOM FRESH Group in Australia. It is initially a part-time position, but depending on workload, individual interest, and company needs, it can become a full-time position.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

  • Financial Administration: The point of contact for mail disruption and finance tasks for the Global AP team, such as setting up new vendors, collecting and depositing physical checks, and verifying vendor bank details. Assist, as needed with processing sales invoices (post, allocate, and reconcile) and providing support with managing payment gateways and methods, including managing and banking inward payments.
  • Commercial Administration: Support legal with contract data and system entry from licensees, utilizing global tools. Facilitate collection and data entry of annual records from licensees.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports as required by the finance team, commercial team, and other departments. Assist with statutory and tax reporting and compliance in coordination with external advisors. Support with audits as required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes, systems, and controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, other internal and external stakeholders, and partners to ensure smooth back-office support.

  • Close collaborations with local team and other global departments within the organization.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping and reporting.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative tasks and processes such as time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and office support.
  • Proactive attitude and flexibility to changing/growing work environment.
  • Strong understanding of local financial GAAPs.
  • Good understanding of commonly used ERP Systems. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large datasets.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

• English (fluent) and Spanish (desirable but not required)
