Nut Producers Australia (NPA) is an almond and pistachio processing and marketing business with a charter to maximise returns to growers and has an annual turnover more than $100 million. The business is a collective of three companies: NPA, the Marketing and Administration company based in Adelaide, Riverland Almonds in Loxton and Australian Pioneer Pistachio Company, based in Robinvale, Vic. As a separate and complementary channel, NPA also carries on the business of product trading to add to the growth of the business.
About the role:
The Production Administrator position is responsible for providing administration and operational support to the APPC site. This role involves working closely with the Production Manager, QA Manager, Maintenance Manager, Administration Manager and other departments to ensure operational systems, including safety, compliance and regulatory; are maintained to required standards.

• Review and update company and site procedures.
• Review and development of work instructions, SOPs and Risk Assessments under the direction of the General Manager – Operations.
• Maintaining safety and training records, reports and documents required for all site staff to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate training course requests as directed by General Manager – Operations, including required documentation and competency assessments.
• Maintain all required maintenance information into MEX system, in coordination with Maintenance Manager.
• Provide administration support to the site, particularly in periods of high demand

• Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, with excellent attention to detail and strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
