Position: Patient Services Officer - Telehealth Coordinator
Vacancy: Fixed Term Temporary Full-time commencing ASAP up to 05/12/2025 (with the possibility of extension - not exceeding two (2) years in total)

About the role
- Coordinate and support Telehealth Clinics with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective utilisation of equipment and clinic allocation to meet service delivery requirements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge in the use of, function and application of videoconferencing technology and aid to rural and remote sites as required.
- Deliver exceptional person-centred customer service to patients, their families and the public, assisting and directing patients, visitors and colleagues in an effective and courteous manner.
- Build good relationships with patients, their families and work colleagues by using strong communication and negotiation skills to understand customers' needs and deliver a service that meets their needs with adherence to policy and standards.
- Access and utilise a wide variety of relevant patient and corporate information systems to accurately record all demographic and other mandatory patient information relative to work environment.
