We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join TASTELIFE team in our Perth Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a 12-months Casual Contract 16 hours per week to cover a Parental Leave.

THE ROLE

The Program Coordinator role is designed to provide support in the planning, execution, and management of the Tastelife Calendar and associated health promotion, wellbeing collateral and activations, with a strong focus on community engagement, health education, and positive behaviour change.

This person will be responsible for creating and managing collateral, merchandise, activations, and initiatives that enhance the Tastelife programs impact. The position requires strong organisational and communication skills, an understanding of health and wellness, and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders

THE PERSON

  • Skills in Adobe Suite and MS suite
  • Preferred previous experience in food service and allergy management
  • Proven capability in developing, delivering, and evaluating community engagement projects
  • Interest in community engagement, health and wellness, and social impact initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with event management, marketing, and community engagement best practices
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
