Our client is seeking an experience HSEQ Management System Coordinator to join the team in a permanent capacity.

The company:

This is a critical position for our client so they will be interviewing straight away.

Role Overview:

With a project about to commence, our client requires an experienced HSEQ Management Systems Coordinator to join their team in a permanent capacity.

You will play a critical role in ensuring by managing audits, document control, and the Business Management System. It includes preparing HSE reports, assisting with tenders, and working with different facets of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist different facets of the business with Quality Management Plans for projects and tenders.
  • Prepare monthly HSE reports and contribute to tenders / submissions across the business.
  • Ensure HSEQ compliance requirements and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Support external audits
  • Maintain ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, and OFSC WHS accreditations.
  • Manage the Business Management System and document control.
  • Develop BMS targets and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and conduct ISO/OFSC audits and address corrective actions.
  • Perform inspections and audits of the HSEQ management system, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar role ideally within the following sectors – construction or engineering
  • A Work Health and Safety qualification – Highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the following accreditations - ISO45001, ISO14001 , ISO9001, and OFSC WHS Accreditation
  • Lead Auditor training - Essential
  • Quality Management or Quality Assurance qualification – Desirable
