We are currently seeking Mobilisation Coordinators to join our Operational Services Team. Due to continued growth within our business, we are expanding the team with opportunities available for an 8:6 day roster based at our West Perth office.
In this role, you will be assisting the Shutdown and Maintenance Department. You will be responsible for resourcing and mobilising our on-site workforce across various sites throughout Western Australia, and ensuring they meet site compliance and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing jobs in our workforce management system (OPMS)
- Organising flights and accommodation for employees to remote sites
- Booking and keeping track of the Drug and Alcohol tests for employees going to site
- Working in a high pressure and deadline driven environment
- Liaising with the site leadership team regarding logistics
- Supporting other mobilisation requirements as needed
About You
- Eligible to work in Australia
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role (mining/resources desirable)
- Experience using training, mobilisation or planning software including ERMS, SuccessFactors, and INX
- Working knowledge of OPMS advantageous
- Ability to develop and maintain communication with stakeholders and wider business
- Able to work cohesively in a team within a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail with good organisational skills to coordinate mobilisations
